Discipline

• Respectful Behavior: Remain respectful towards coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees at all times.

• Follow Instructions: Follow coaches' instructions and play fairly within the rules.

• Avoid Misconduct: Avoid abusive language, behavior, bullying, or intimidation.

Consequences

• Misconduct: Misconduct will result in a warning. Repeat offenses may lead to removal from the academy ("3 strikes and you're out").

• Failure to Follow Rules: Failure to follow these rules will lead to short separation from the group with a different task, warning, or send home.

• Repeated Violations: Repeated violations may result in termination from the club.

Progress Reports

• Progress reports will be sent 3 times a season.

Parents

• Communication: Parents should communicate with coaches only through designated channels (email request, periodical meetings).

• Avoid Misconduct: Refrain from shouting, abusing coaches, players, or referees ("3 strikes and you're out").

• Observe Training: Observe training from a distance to avoid influencing your child and session.

• Support: Support and encourage your child's development in line with academy policies.

Consequences

• Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with these rules may lead to termination from the club -"3 strikes and you're out".

Common Rules

• Punctuality: Arrive on time for training.

• Proper Attire: Wear the correct kit and equipment.

• Attendance Confirmation: confirm/decline training attendance (at least 24 hours before).

• Respect Facilities: Respect academy facilities and equipment.

Additional Rules

• No Food or Drink: No chewing gum, food, or littering during training (water only).

• No Jewelry: No jewelry or dangerous accessories.

Financial

• First Trial: A first trial fee will be not applicable.

• Additional Sessions: Every subsequent session will incur an additional £5 fee.

• Payment Deadline: Payments must be received prior session.

Player Development

• Development Focus: The academy prioritizes player development and overall growth as footballers, not solely winning games.

• Low Commitment: Players who demonstrate low commitment or poor behaviour may not be allowed to sessions. These decisions are final.

• Rule Modifications: The academy reserves the right to modify or remove these rules.

• Safe Environment: We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all children.

• Positive Experience: By following these rules, everyone contributes to a positive and productive learning experience.

• Unforeseen Matters: Unforeseen matters will be addressed with fairness, reasonableness, and consistency with academy values. Decisions prioritize the academy's and players' best interests.
