Football Academy Conduct and Rules for Kids and Parents Discipline

 Remain respectful towards coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees at all times.

 Follow coaches' instructions and play fairly within the rules.

 Avoid abusive language, behaviour, bullying, or intimidation. Consequences

 Misconduct will result in a warning. Repeat offenses may lead to removal from the academy ("3 strikes and you're out").

 Failure to follow these rules will lead to short separation from the group with a different task, warning, send home.

 Repeated violations may result in termination from the club.

 Progress reports will be sent 3 times a season. Parents

 Parents are not contacting coaches. It can be requested only through designated channels (email request, periodical meetings).

 Refrain from shouting, abusing coaches, players, or referees ("3 strikes and you're out").

 Observe training from a distance to avoid influencing your child and session.

 Support and encourage your child's development in line with academy policies. Consequences

 Failure to comply with these rules may lead to termination from the club -"3 strikes and you're out". Common Rules

 Arrive on time for training and matches.

 Wear the correct kit and equipment.

 The Spond app is mandatory for confirming/declining training attendance (at least 24 hours before) and match attendance (ASAP).

 Coaches reserve the right to exclude players who fail to respond on time.

 Provide reasons for declining training/match attendance.

 Respect academy facilities and equipment. Additional Rules

 No chewing gum, food, or littering during training or matches (water only).

 No jewellery or dangerous accessories. Financial

 Payments must be received in the academy account by the 10th of each month. Player Development

 The academy prioritizes player development and overall growth as footballers, not solely winning games.

 Coach decisions regarding squads, sessions, playing positions, and playing time are final.

 Coaches will determine match squads based on their philosophy and commitment levels.

 Players who demonstrate low commitment or poor form may not be called up. These decisions are final. Important Notes

 The academy reserves the right to modify or remove these rules.

 We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all children.

 By following these rules, everyone contributes to a positive and productive learning experience.

 Unforeseen matters will be addressed with fairness, reasonableness, and consistency with academy values. Decisions prioritize the academy's and players' best interests.
